We are looking for motivated, reliable carers across Lincoln and Gainsborough. Experience helps, but we train people who are new to care too.
£13.45
an hour to start, with your travel time paid at the same rate.
Travel time being paid at your hourly rate matters more than it sounds. A lot of homecare pays only for the minutes you are inside someone’s house, which quietly drops your real hourly pay well below the headline.

What we ask
Applicants must be flexible and able to work bank holidays and alternate weekends.
You will need a current DBS certificate — if you do not have one, we fund it. Full training is provided before you visit anyone on your own.
We are recruiting in Lincoln and Gainsborough, including the villages around Gainsborough.
